These are the most frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order?

For screen printing, our minimum order is 12 garments total.
For direct-to-garment printing our minimum is 1 garment.

How many colours can you print?

We can screen print up to 8-colours on dark garments and 10-colours on light coloured garments. We can direct-to-garment print all full colour artwork on both light and dark garments with no minimum order. Direct-to-garment printing has no colour restrictions.

What is your turnaround time?

Turn around time on all t-shirt printing orders is 5-7 business days after the artwork has been approved and the order has been placed. RUSH orders are available. If you have a deadline that needs to be met, just let us know and we'll do everything in our power to meet your deadline.

What are your artwork requirements?

We prefer artwork that is print-ready, such as a vectored eps file (adobe illustrator) or a psd (photoshop) file with 300 dpi or greater resolution. If you only have artwork in jpeg, png, or other formats, please contact us and our design team will do our best to help you out.

Can I order my design using multiple t-shirt colours, styles, and sizes?

Yes you can mix and match t-shirt colours, styles, and sizes when ordering t-shirt printing. To view our selection of ​garment styles and colours please check out our Apparel Catalogue. Please note, sizes XXL and larger, cost slightly more than sizes S-XL.

Is there a discount if my t-shirt order becomes larger?

Yes as your order volume increases, your t-shirt printing unit cost will decrease. Please contact us for a quote and we can giving you pricing options on various quantities, so you can see how ordering more will save you money.

What size should the screen print be on our t-shirts?

For regular adult sized t-shirts, we recomend printing 10"- 12" wide when printing on the front or back of a t-shirt. If you would like print on the right or left breast, we suggest printing 4" wide. If you are printing on ladies t-shirts or youth t-shirts you reduce the print sizes to account for using smaller t-shirts.

Can I provide you with my own garments to print on?

Yes, In short, yes -- but you'll probably get the same shirts cheaper through us because we get special pricing from distributors. If you don't see what you need in our catalog please give us a call.
